Delivery time?

 

The artist usually needs about 2 to 3 weeks to complete the works. After waiting for some time for drying and mailing of the painting, generally you will receive the painting in 4 to 5 weeks.

 

Payment mode?

We usually use the Western Union to receive your payment. The order may be placed on the same day when we received the payment. We also accept payment via Paypal and TT.

 

What about the common specifications?

Common specifications are all available, or you may tell us your requirements.

 

Can the painting be framed?

Yes, we provide paid services to frame oil paintings. Once framed, the courier fees will be higher.

 

How to package the painting?

The painting surface will be covered with a piece of plastic film and then the painting will be rolled up and packaged by PVC pipe or hard paper barrel.

 

Will be painting be signed?

It depends on yourself.

 

What if the painting is not 100% satisfactory to you?

You may tell our customer service department the part you are not satisfied.

We will follow your requirements to improve the painting until you are 100% satisfied.

 

It is possible to put together a few photos to make up an oil painting?

Yes. We will change the background color and replace the figures according to your requirements.
